  1. Printing logos and copyrighted material
    We cannot print copyrighted logos or characters that we don’t own.

  2. Can I review my portrait before it’s printed on merchandise?
    Yes. We’ll email your digital portrait once it’s complete. Only after you approve the artwork do we proceed with merchandise production.

  3. How much will printing cost?
    Merchandise prices vary by product type and size. You can view current pricing on our product pages.

  4. When will my order ship?
    Merchandise is printed on demand. Fulfillment and shipping usually take 5–10 business days from the time you place your order, regardless of destination. Times may vary based on your location.

  5. How do you ship framed posters internationally?
    To protect your items, we ship frames and posters unmounted but packaged together. Please check both pieces when your order arrives.

  6. Return policy
    Because our products are custom made, we accept returns or replacements only if the item arrives damaged or printed incorrectly.

  7. Replacement policy
    Replacement claims for damaged items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt; lost‑in‑transit claims must be filed within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

  8. Do you offer bulk pricing?
    Bulk discounts are limited. If you’re interested in ordering seven or more items, contact us via info@anime-drip.com.

    Product sizes are listed in inches.

  10. Which carrier do you use?
    Most U.S. orders ship via UPS. Carrier details for international orders vary by destination.
