Return Policy
Our artists begin handcrafting your anime portrait shortly after your order is placed. Because each piece is a customized artwork, we’re unable to offer refunds due to change of mind once illustration work has begun. If you need to cancel or amend your order before drawing has started, please contact us immediately.

Revisions
We want you to love your custom anime portrait. If the finished illustration doesn’t match the details you provided, we will make reasonable revisions free of charge until you’re satisfied. Requests for changes that differ from the original instructions may incur additional fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise
For physical merchandise (prints, apparel, mugs, etc.), we only accept returns or replacements when the item arrives damaged or printed incorrectly. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of receipt. To report an issue, please email info@anime-drip.com with your order number and clear photos of the problem.
